To achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to shift from homogeneous competition to differentiated competition. Standards, as an important foundational system, are a crucial technological force that supports the improvement of product quality and promotes high-quality industrial development. In 2023, the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting High Quality Development of Casting and Forging Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other three ministries pointed out that standards should play a leading role, strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises for quality, enhance the quality control ability of the entire production process, improve product quality, achieve the improvement of industry quality and efficiency, and ensure the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain. We will focus on building and improving a new forging standard system, promoting the coordinated development of national standards, industry standards, local standards, and group standards. Focusing on the development characteristics and requirements of the forging industry, benchmarking international advanced energy efficiency levels, timely carrying out standard revision, promotion and application work..
