This is a kind of maintenance of the company's rules and regulations, is also a warning to other employees, to ensure that employees can do their best in work, so as to improve work efficiency and product quality. 

Secondly, the company further detailed the powers and responsibilities of employees, to ensure the implementation and transmission of responsibility and pressure at each level, so that employees are more clear about their responsibilities and work discipline, consciously regulate their words and deeds and work habits.

Subsequently, the members of the sales department summarized and reported the main work they were responsible for at the present stage. In response to sales problems raised by salespeople, we actively discussed, in order to meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty as the goal, to find reasonable solutions, to achieve interaction.
